New Details Emerge in Lyfe Jennings Case

As you may or may not already know, Lyfe Jennings was arrested after a shooting incident and high speed chase with police. His ex-girlfriend and reported manager, Joy Bounds, issued a restraining order against the R&B singer last week and now new details are being revealed about the situation.
According reports, a Fulton County Superior judge approved a restraining order that prevents Jennings from coming within 200 yards of Bounds and the former couple's two children.

"[Jennings' destroyed] 90 percent of my clothes, shoes, panties, socks, jackets, etc," she reportedly wrote in court documents. "He has told me that if he can't have me, nobody can."

Bounds also alleged that Jennings threatened to kill her male friend and report the car that she drives as stolen.
In connection with the shooting incident, Lyfe was booked on charges of felony weapon possession by a convicted felon, attempting to elude, discharging a firearm near a public highway, and for refusal to take a sobriety test. Reports are now confirming that he is currently out on bond.

Both Bounds and Jennings are scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, November 6
