She's been over there for dayum near a year only making an appearance state side to attend the wedding of her play sister Beyonce. I don't blame her though, Bey gets all the shine here in the USA while Kelly and Michelle are treated like ugly stepsisters. Apparently, Kelly can be the starrah that she wants to be over there so I say go for it!
