Luda Talks about his New Album "Theater Of The Mind"

Actor/rapper Ludacris has revealed more details about his sixth solo album "Theater Of The Mind."

Luda claims that his upcoming studio album will be a theatrical one. "Expect the whole album theatrical," he said. Furthermore the Atlanta rapper described the album as "a collection of his experiences up to this point" and called it "film worthy".

The album was slated for release this summer but Ludacris revealed that the set will be hitting stores in September.

Luda's last album "Release Therapy" won a Grammy for best rap album and sold 1.2 million copies in the U.S. according to Nielsen SoundScan.

The project´s first single will be released in June or July but it has not be chosen yet. As of now, one track on the album is "Let's Stay Together" produced by DJ Paul from Three-6-Mafia.

Ludacris is really doing the dayum thang and keeping himself very busy. Between his Ludacris foundation, his new restaurant Straits, in Atlanta, and his upcoming movie "Max Payne" alongside Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis which will be hitting the big screen on October 31st, it's a wonder the DTP frontman has any time for much else!
